Information used

The system stores information entered by users and administrators, including names, email addresses, project and financial records, and attachments. Employees required to record attendance may submit a photo and device location at clock-in and clock-out, subject to browser camera and location permission. Cookies support authentication and language preferences.

Google sign-in and Drive backups

Google account identifiers, names, email addresses, and verified-email status are used to check company authorization and establish a session. The system does not receive users' Google passwords. Only the owner can connect Google Drive for database and attachment backups. The drive.file scope covers files used with this app, rather than access to the whole Drive. Connection credentials are encrypted on the VPS for scheduled operation. Backup archives are encrypted before upload to a private folder in the owner's selected Google account. The recovery key must be kept separately.

Google data is used for authentication and the backup/recovery service enabled by the owner, not advertising, sale, or AI model training. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Access, storage, and retention

Operational records are hosted on a Hostinger VPS. Administrators and authorized users access information according to their responsibilities. When enabled, encrypted backup copies are stored in the owner's Google account. Server administrators may access data for maintenance and recovery. Attendance photographs are available to administrators through the system.

Operational records and backups remain until administrators manage deletion according to company needs. Drive backups currently have no automatic age-based deletion. Owners can pause backups in Business settings and revoke access through Google account connections. Pausing or revoking access does not delete existing copies. Contact the administrator to request review, correction, or deletion of relevant records and backup copies.
